Cécile de France is a Belgian actress born in Namur, Belgium. To hone her skills and gain formal training, she moved to Paris, a city renowned for its vibrant arts scene. She enrolled at the prestigious National School of Theatre Arts and Techniques (ENSATT) in Lyon, which is known for producing some of the finest talents in the industry.
