Gordon Cormier Bio

Gordon Kyle Diez Cormier is a Filipino-Canadian actor playing the role of Aang in the Netflix adaptation of “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”  His first debut was in 2017, when he played Guatemalan Urchin in the movie Get Shorty. In his spare time, Cormier enjoys skating around Vancouver’s streets and nearby towns, or he might be found at a nearby skateboard park. He is trained in Taekwondo. Gordon Cormier was born in Vancouver, Canada, but his mother is of Filipino descent from Santa Rosa, Laguna in the Philippines.
