Will Forte birth name is Orville Willis Forte IV is an American comedian and actor born in Alameda County, California. His big-screen debut came with the cult classic ‘MacGruber,’ a film that expanded on his popular ‘Saturday Night Live’ sketch. Will grew up in the city of Lafayette, California. He attended Acalanes High School. Forte pursued higher education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned a degree in history.

Will First work was writing a comic book 101 Things to Definitely Not Do If You Want to Get a Chick. Fort Writing skills where show cased when he wrote for 3rd Rock from the Sun, that ’70s Show and The Brothers Solomon. He later joined the SNL show in 2002. He stayed in the show for 8 seasons. Will, widely recognized for his comedic prowess on television, made a remarkable transition to the film industry, where he further showcased his versatility as an actor.

While ‘MacGruber’ initially received mixed reviews, it has since garnered a dedicated fanbase and cemented Forte’s place in comedic cinema. His first dramatic role was in 2013 the Run & Jump. His performance in ‘Nebraska,’ directed by Alexander Payne, demonstrated his ability to handle more dramatic roles. Forte played the character of David Grant, a son accompanying his aging father on a road trip to claim a supposed lottery prize. For his performance he was nomination for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male.

He co-created and starred in the television series ‘The Last Man on Earth,’ which ran for four seasons. Will played National Lampoon magazine co-founder and writer Doug Kenney in the Netflix biographical film A Futile and Stupid Gesture. He has voiced Shaggy Rogers in the Scooby-Doo film Scoob!, Wolf Tobin in the animated sitcom The Great North, and Otis in Thelma the Unicorn. Will starred as MacGruber in the 2021 film Sweet Tooth. He plays Gilbert Power in the Netflix series Bodkin.
