Alice started her film career when she was still in high school. She was cast in an NBC episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. In 2010, she guest-starred in Fringe on Fox. Her first starring film role came in the 2012 drama Nancy, Please. She played Reese in The Michael J. Fox Show in 2013. She had her first starring film role as Izzy in the 2015 science fiction film Campus Code. In Sonja O’Hara’s Shudder series, Doomsday, she portrayed Sorrell. During the fifth and sixth seasons of Netflix’s Orange is the New Black, Kremelberg played Nicole Eckelcamp.
Alice has a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for her performance in the web series The Feels, on which she also has writing credits. She played Bernardine Dohrn in The Trial of the Chicago 7.
